Listing of Financial Entities enrolled in NJ GUDPA. The Governmental Unit Deposit Protection Act ("GUDPA") is a supplemental insurance program set forth by the New Jersey Legislature to protect the deposits of municipalities and local government agencies. The program is administered by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

The data file reflects data for a budget fiscal year as a cumulatively fiscal year-to-date total. For ease of reporting and to facilitate understanding of the data, the expenditures are categorized by department/agency, expenditure description, organization, statewide program, funding category, expenditure category, and payee. Note that the 12 accounting months begin in July and run sequentially through the 12th period which stays open for both calendar months June and July of the following year. A 13th period closing/adjustment period remains open for a period of time for final entries in preparation of the State's CAFR reporting. Total number of injury crashes that occurred in New Jersey for the years 2001 to current. Crashes that occurred on private properties are not included.

Purchasing represents the procurement from vendors of goods and services that are recorded in the State’s purchasing system and for which payment must be made amounts already spent, amounts the State is obligated to pay to a specific vendor as a result of an order or contract, and amounts that are set aside for imminent purchases are included in purchasing data. The summary purchasing data may fluctuate until all underlying transactions in the reporting period have been finalized by the buying agency. The purchasing system records purchases for all three branches of State government: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Authority purchasing data is not available at this time. This data set provides a list of accredited Career and Technical Institutions located in New Jersey. This list can be used by the public to verify if a career or technical school of interest accepts Federal Funding to assist with Career and Technical educational services. This data was pulled from the US. department of Education database of Accredited Postsecondary Institutions and programs and filtered to represent institutions located in NJ. Youth involved with the NJ Foster Care Scholars program and youth transitioning into higher education can access this data within the Financial Aid and Education Resource Guide, implemented by Embrella through Division of Children and Family Chaffee ETV funded, NJ Foster Care Scholars program and distributed to the community.

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans provide small businesses with the resources they need to maintain their payroll, hire back employees who may have been laid off, and cover applicable overhead. This data set includes businesses in New Jersey who received PPP funding, how much funding the employer received & how many jobs the employer claims they saved. The NAICS (National Industry Classification) was provided by the loan recipient.
